The Cleanest and Most Current List of Otolaryngologists Available

The Academy offers licensing of its membership list of more than 12,000 otolaryngologists, including fellows, members, residents, scientific fellows, associate members, and affiliates, in an electronic format for one-time mailing purposes.

Increase your follow-up promotional opportunities from the 2010 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO by mailing directly to the AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO attendees and membership. Order forms to purchase pre- and post-registrant labels and the AAO-HNS professional membership list for a one-timeuse- only fee will be provided in your Exhibitor Service Manual. A final listing of the 2010 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO attendees will be available for purchase approximately four weeks after the conclusion of the conference. All materials used in association with any mailing must be pre-approved by the AAO-HNSF.

Why use the list? The AAO-HNS membership list is the cleanest and most current list of otolaryngologists available. This list is a proven and tested means of reaching otolaryngologists. Popular for advertising educational materials. Also an effective tool for promoting medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, plus financial products and services of interest to otolaryngologists for their practice and personal use.

Formats: Data is available in ASCII comma-delimited format, either on an IBM-compatible 3.5” disk (electronic) or attached to an email. Those who wish to rent the list will find these formats more convenient than labels. More critical, per USPS regulations, these formats lend themselves to bar coding with its expedited delivery, automated sorting with attendant postage savings, and other benefits. The list continues to be available in four-up label format, either pressure sensitive “stick-on” or Cheshire.
